Modern lamps produce a light that can have different color temperatures. Depending on the lighting atmosphere you want to give to your rooms, it is important to choose the color temperature of your LED bulbs.

What is the color temperature of light?

The light can have different color temperatures expressed in kelvins (K). This parameter indicates whether the white light emitted by an LED bulb will be hot, that is to say, it will have a yellow or cold tendency, and therefore will pull slightly on the blue.
You will find three color temperatures for white light depending on the model of bulbs, LED spotlights or LED strips: warm white, warm white light and white color of the day.
You can see on the scale of temperatures below what they correspond in Kelvins and where they are compared to halogen bulbs and incandescent bulbs.

Manage your lighting moods

This palette of color temperatures allows you to create different moods:

Warm white:

Bulbs with a low Kelvin temperature produce warm yellow light. The warm white LED bulbs we sell emit light of 2700 K to 3300K, which equates to the light of the end of the day, it is the closest to the light of traditional incandescent bulbs.
Warm white lighting is generally conducive to relaxation and creates a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

The white color of the day:

From a higher temperature, the daylight white LED lights offer a slightly blue and cold light, more stimulating.
It's the ideal lighting color for places that require concentration. It is also the closest color to natural light that is 6500 K.
